Walkers for people over six feet

The Vive Upright Walker Series T is the only one of the three we looked at where the numbers hold together: made for users up to 6 ft 4 in, handles that go up to 50 inches, rated to 400 pounds. The other two have problems.

All three are Vive Health walkers, read on November 4, 2026. Vive sells direct.

Why the folding rollator worries us

It says it is for people up to 6 ft 5 in. Its handles stop at 40 inches. The upright model, rated to 6 ft 4 in, goes to 50. A person who is 6 ft 5 in is going to want the handles well above 40. Maybe the 6 ft 5 in claim is a typo, maybe the handle number is. We can't tell, and we only found these numbers on Vive's own page. If you are tall, call Vive and ask before you order, or skip this one.

The original Upright Walker

Its spec list says it fits users from 5 ft 2 in to 6 ft 4 in. A caption on a photo on the same page says 5 ft to 6 ft 1 in. Those are different walkers. We are not printing a height until Vive picks one.

What we left out on the Series T

Before you order

Ask your therapist to set the handle height with you standing in your usual shoes. Then compare it to the top of the range, and leave a couple of inches to spare. Also measure the doorways you use. The Series T is 28 inches wide, so check it against your narrowest door. Our question list covers what else to ask.
